Are Festival Concert tickets included in my conference registration? No. PODIUM 2022 is selling conference registrations and Festival Concert tickets separately. You will need to register for the Conference here and purchase Festival concert tickets here. How do I access the Choral Canada Member discount? If you are already a Choral Canada member you can access your member discount code for PODIUM by logging in to the Member's Only area of the Choral Canada website. Once you have logged in on the Choral Canada website and received the discount code, it must be entered at the bottom of the first page of the PODIUM registration process. Note: Student members must use the Student Member discount code if they are registering as a student at PODIUM. Part A - Cancellation by Delegate Until March 15, 2022: Full refund, less $30 administration fee deduction. March 15 to April 30, 2022: 50% refund, less $30 administration fee deduction. From May 1, 2022: Registration is non-refundable Part B - Change to Conference Delivery by Presenter If it is deemed necessary for PODIUM 2022 to switch to a fully online model, any “in person” delegate registrations will be given the option to A) transfer to a virtual registration and the difference will be refunded OR B) receive a full refund. Delegates who are unable to attend for any reason may transfer their registration to someone else by contacting podium@choralcanada.org. PODIUM 2022 accepts no liability for the transfer of funds between delegates, nor any liability for any expenses that may have been incurred by either delegate. What if I am unable to attend PODIUM 2022 due to COVID-19? If you are unable to attend PODIUM 2022 in-person due to public health or governmental regulations directly related to COVID-19 that prohibit travel and/or require quarantine, a full refund may be possible outside of the dates and restrictions above. We ask that you please contact podium@choralcanada.org detailing the reason for the refund request. PODIUM 2022 and our organizing partners reserve the right to request additional proof of restricted travel guidelines and/or COVID-19 infection status prior to authorizing a refund. What is PODIUM 2022'S COVID-19 policy? How long will I have access to recorded sessions on the conference app? Both in-person and virtual delegates will have access to all virtual content for 6 months after the conference. How do I access the virtual conference? You will receive information about accessing the conference app closer to the launch of the conference. PODIUM 2022 will be hosted on the Socio platform. Are Festival Concert tickets refundable? All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend a concert in-person due to public health or governmental regulations directly related to COVID-19 that prohibit travel and/or require quarantine, an exception may be made.
